The absence of political consciousness of the people

It’s clear the absence of political consciousness of the people on the planet. In Latin America the governments give social assistance in exchange for votes, in the Middle East the people is vetoed, in Africa the people is manipulated, in Russia is doubtful. If people had more culture and study their governments would not manipulate them. The countries which has more political consciousness are: France, Germany, England, South Korea, United States, etc.
